The Comprehensive Property Valuation is a completely non-obligatory step that involves the valuation of your property based on financial, market and demographic data. This service includes: • Professional drone photography • Rental unit competitor analysis • Data assimilated for this valuation that is of serious material value (highly recommended regardless of whether you are considering selling your property or not) * This is a complimentary service in an attempt to win your business Should you choose to hire Hope Brothers to list your property, expect a closing within 4 to 6 months after the execution of a listing agreement.

Our process involves: • Direct emailing • Posts on public and private real estate investment websites • Targeted social media advertising • Personal phone calls to buyers Takes place: • Over a period of 6 to 8 weeks after listing launch. Will be seen by: • Tens of thousands of interested buyers—ranging from local husband and wife investor pairs to national real estate investment trusts. Advantages: • All of those receiving our marketing have alerted us to their interest in acquiring unit-based assets • The breadth of our marketing platform is only bound by the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
